Olde Town Inn keeps things simple. We collect only what we need to respond to you and welcome you as a guest.

What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we store the name, email, phone, dates, and message you provide so we can reply. If you sign our guestbook, your name, optional location, and note are shown publicly on this site.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no tracking cookies. We keep a simple, anonymous count of daily visitors using a one-way hash of your IP address — it can't be traced back to you, and it's never shared.

Booking

Reservations are handled by our booking partner, Guestroom Genie, under their own privacy terms. Any payment details are entered on their secure system, not ours.
